I used "run macos software on linux" and found this: https://www.darlinghq.org/

At the moment it seems to be rather limited, mostly running CLI software and just a few simple GUI programs.

Because it's not open source and there isn't much demand for it.

We already can run Android applications on Windows because Android is open source and there is demand for it.
