GPU fan speed control not always possible?

I updated my computer. Actually I got a new MB, CPU, RAM and PSU. It's Asus Prime B550 with AMD Ryzen 7 5700G APU. It is very quiet compared to my old system. But then I installed my old GPU (PowerColor R9 270 OC) and it is loud af. I tried AMD's Adrenalin and there was no GPU fan control and I think it disabled my GPU and used only the APU. I tried Fanspeed and something else but none was able to control the GPU fans. Can't find anything in BIOS.

 

Does that mean my GPU hasn't got the fan speed control function or is this motherboard lacking this function?
