*** Need Help Pc wont boot, motherboard led blinking continuously

I was using my pc normally and decided to take a break. When I got back my pc was shutdown and the onboard power led was blinking continuously.
I already disconnected everything and tried adding them one by one. 
Replaced CMOS battery
But the led still blinks even with the 24 pin connected from the PSU.
What could be the problem?

Asus ROG Strix Z370 E
8700k
Used 4.5 years
