Considering your other thread, Hitfilm Express, Shotcut or even Windows Photos editor are good for low-entry. Resolve has higher curve, but its good if you have some experience.

Davinci Resolve is the Hollywood standard for color grading and correction and also all-in-one for one-man editing. just download it if want to edit like a pro!

Also, download the Voukoder plugins for Resolve to export to: AV1/VP9/FFV1/x264/265, etc.:
