iPhone screen serial number

Hey does any one know how to check the iPhone display serial number without opening the phone?

Serial number for just the display or the whole phone?

The display. I heard you need to find the serial number for the screen itself to know what specific screen to get as not all manufacture types are interchangeable

Are you planning to repair it yourself? If you want to give the repair shop a screen of your own i would highly recommend they check and order their own. If you are ordering genuine parts, I dont think serial # matters.

I actually work at. repair shop my self hahaha. My friend was going get their screen changed and I offered to do it for them so they dont have to go somewhere to get it done
