I've had this problem before, can you try using another motherboard?

I've been experiencing this Windows bug since I build my first high end gaming system in 2014. So far only reinstalling Windows fixed it, but for me it was never consistent. Sometimes it happened, sometimes it didn't. Currently I've been facing it again for the last couple of weeks.

To be honest just seems like your typical Windows issue that will never be fixed.

Yeah it will likely come back sooner or later. Quote me if you find a solution for this. I just gave up. 😄

Make sure your front io connectors are in the correct place(like the power button and restart button) Its a simple problem but also a simple possible solution.
