How would i put my Moto e (2020) on android 11 and keep the G apps

I just bought a Moto e (2020) and it comes with android 10 and only android 10 but i wanted to use the new privacy and ease of use things in android 11, while keeping the security of a locked boot loader.

I also would like to keep the moto actions but i think i can just extract the apk using adb and i would like to still have the G apps. So, basically like the phone is from the factory with android 11 instead of 10.

Is this possible thanks!

go to xda developer forum and browse around for custom rom.

Using a custom rom would would require an unlocked bootloader usually
