Just wrapped up my first water cooled build. Technically I've only ever built 2 PC's from scratch, the first being an air cooled ncase. I live on consoles, so this is my wife's setup. Pretty happy with the end result. I know I'll probably get flak for the ram being inaccessible without a system drain but I really pushed the limits of this case in terms of space.

Torrent Nano

280mm XR5

240mm XSPC

120mm XR5

11900 K

3080 ti FE

Go Chiller pre mix

Maxing at 68 degrees under heavy load with pump running at 50%.

That would annoy me, especially since my rig has gone through 4 different RAM kits in the past 6 months (long story), but I can't really see a way you could've done it better. Maybe put something like a 30mm extension on top of the CPU block so you can leave enough space where you might be able to squeeze the RAM sticks out, but that's iffy whether or not it would work.

Still a pretty sick little rig, though. Very well built and cleaner than most of the custom loops I've ever built. I'm just glad I'm not the one who will have to service it.

Looking good! Some really tricky bends there, you've done a great job!

Is that black coolant?!

that looks sick. you gotta try cooling your pc with mountain dew now for ultimate performance

OUTDATED JAN 2021 ===========> Check out my pc building guide! might be useful tho

It's great for planning new builds, getting a reference on where to start, or seeing what you need to play what games.

It also shows what I recommend for upgrading your stuff!

cpu - ryzen 5 3600

gpu - gtx 1070

ram - (2x8) 3200mhz

ssd - 970 evo plus 500gb

ssd2 - 860 qvo 1tb

mobo - asrock b450m hdv r4.0

psu - evga b5 550w bronze

It is! Go Chiller Pre-Mix, LTT did a vid on it a while back.

Appreciate the comments everyone. Some of those bends really gave me a run for my money. The clearance on the 280mm rad is impossibly small. I think sorting out the reservoir situation probably took the most time. I had considered running an extension on the water block 90 as was mentioned but ultimately felt it wasn't needed. The ncase required nothing but blowing out the dust every once and a while. I tend to stick with my hardware for a long time.
