is placing wifi router next to a gaming PC would affect the PC's hardware?

Guddu003

I have a 2.4ghz (single band) wifi router placed between two PCs, one is a gaming PC.

This router is constantly on for wifi and has wired connections with PCs.

I'm anxious if the wifi router would adversely affect the hardware (graphics card, cpu, motherboard, etc) of these desktops?

Like causing interference, static in the electrical or electronics of the hardware.

The noise from AC power would probably affect your pc more then WIFI would ever do. Unless you jerry-rig some kind of amplifier to it, you should have no problems.
