If you have a windows driver for it, it will probably work. But if not, it will probably not work.

The only one I can find says its 150Mbit so its probably WiFi 4 and in real-world terms is likely 2.4Ghz only, so its not going to be fast.   In reality I'd expect somewhere between 20-30Mbit as the 150Mbit probably refers to on a 40Mhz channel which nobody should be using these days due to so many overlapping networks.

Router:  Intel N100 (pfSense) WiFi6: Zyxel NWA210AX (1.7Gbit peak at 160Mhz)
WiFi5: Ubiquiti NanoHD OpenWRT (~500Mbit at 80Mhz) Switches: Netgear MS510TXUP, MS510TXPP, GS110EMX
ISPs: Zen Full Fibre 900 (~930Mbit down, 115Mbit up) + Three 5G (~800Mbit down, 115Mbit up)
Upgrading Laptop/Desktop CNVIo WiFi 5 cards to PCIe WiFi6e/7

If you can get the wireless chip it is based on, you can search the manufacturer for the availabilty of windows drivers.
