Friend can't remove Cyberpower AIO Cooler

The back of the AIO has the screws covered by black pieces with small slits in the side. The screws only move a little left and a little right it seems they are locked somehow

the 4 silver nuts should just rotate anti clockwise (left) and come undone, just use a bit of force and see if they move, the black caps are normal, they're insulation to stop anything shorting out

they dont move no matter how much force there is put on it

i mean, they can be pretty tight, grab some plyers if you really cant turn then, may have to break them to get them off, i doubt cyberpower would glue them surely? but it is strange, usually they can be done with a screwdriver easily.

whats weird is it seems to be in a middle point it will turn a quarter of a turn left and right

hmmmm, never heard of that. brute force attempt may be your only choice. what brand of cooler is it ?

its cyberpower but the plyers worked i guess its just a weird cooler

Good, glad you got it sorted. must have just been seriously tight. i have had one like that with plyers. was an old Hyrdo X something from corsair, back in X79 days if i remember. but glad its sorted.
