Problem with lagg

I have this problem: 

I did clean instal new drivers sill the problem start windows in safe mode still the problem clean instal 12.2021 drivers. 4 months ago i did not have this problem. I did remove my GPU and run my PC in intel graphics card no problem. My PC: Asus hero 7 motherbord 6700K cpu asus rog strix 1080 OC version

 

Any help please.

Maybe update Solidworks?
