Need Fast DDR4 Purchase Advice

I have a 12700/3070ti. I have very mediocre 8 gig sticks of Tridentz RGB DDR4 3200cl16. I lost the lottery. They won't even boot at anything above XMP settings. Does anyone have some good suggestions? My Ram is bottlenecking me pretty hard at 1440p/240hz. I ideally want 4000mhz cl14-16 or 4400mhz cl18. Any suggestions? I want 2x16gig sticks.

I recently OCed this kit to 4400MHz 17-17-17-34 @ 1.48V.

Maybe get two kits for a 4x8GB setup?

 

If not that, then the most similar 2x16GB kit I can find quickly is this, though I can't speak for it specifically, and it's a bit more expensive per GB.
