Power on cycle

Hi everyone. Hope everyone is doing well. I have a problem with my computer turning on. I have a ryzen 3600

Gigabyte b450 aorus motherboard.

48gigs of ram

Corsair rm 850x psu

7900xt hellhound GPU

The problem is that when I turn on my PC it will "turn off" then on again. It runs fine after that. Temps are good and there seems to be no problems. This started only after I updated the bios because I was preparing to put a 5800x3d in place of the 3600. 

What could be causing this?
