Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER OC 6G is going for 31999
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1660 Ti OC 6GB GDDR6 for 31900
INNO3D GEFORCE RTX 2060 Twin X2 6Gb GDDR6  for 34000
MSI Radeon RX 6600 MECH 2X 8G  is going for 39000. Its a little North of my range.

2060 is like 25% faster than the 1660 Ti and Super, supports RT (but it's not amazing at that), supports DLSS and is only slightly more expensive. So definitely don't get the cheap cards. This specific 2060 has a terrible cooler. It reaches like 80c and is stupidly loud. You can undervolt it but I wouldn't get it you care about noise. Is there a different model 2060? The 6600 is what I'd get here, much better than everything else, but it's also priced a bit high seeing your budget.

Another option you should consider is just changing RAM. This is much cheaper than a new GPU and upgrading from single channel to dual channel could really wake this thing up (it gives about 2x the performance). Not sure what games you want to play, so I don't know if 75fps is possible with just the RAM.

Budget (including currency): 30000 INR

Country: India

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Casual offline Gaming.

Other details: Target 1080p,  75 FPS need GPU to pair with Ryzen 5 3400G
Current Configuration: Processor- Ryzen 5 3400G
Mother Board: MSI B450m PRO-VHD MAX
Ram: Hyper X Fury 16 GB 3000 single stick ram
SSD: Kingston  A400 240GB
HDD: WD Blue 2TB
PSU: Corsair  VS600 80 Plus

Case: Ant Esports ICE-211TG Mid Tower Computer Case

Monitor 0: Dell 21.5-inch  LED Backlit Full HD, 60 Hz.
Monitor 1: ViewSonic Mainstream Monitor (24") Full HD (1080),  75 Hz,

I Build my first computer in 15 years. I needed a system for WFH and laptop wasn't just cutting it (Need to login to web based consoles) and little gaming on the side doesn't hurt anyone. I was on a tight budget and GPU were extremely expensive so I opted for APU instead. Initially planned on getting a AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 4650G but those were hard to get by, Instead I found a great combo deal on Prime ABGB for Ryzen 5 3400g with MSI B450 Pro-VDH max motherboard. Didn't knew 2 rams are better than one and got a Hyper X Fury 16 GB 3000 single stick ram. I went with 3000Mhz as Ryzen 5 3400g supports max 2933MHz. I got Ant Esports Case and  a Corsair  VS600 80 Plus Certified PSU as they were on offer as well. Kingston A400 240GB SSD as it was the cheapest option. Later added  a 2TB WD Blue.

Now I am thinking about purchasing a GPU as the prices are coming down. I know that 3400g will cause major bottle neck on modern GPU and since I only have PCIe 3rd gen, I don't even consider RX6500XT.
I am considering following GPUs

RTX 2060
GTX 1660 Super / 1660 Ti

I don't have any immediate plan on upgrade CPU but might consider in another year or so.

Any suggestion is appreciated.

Thank you.

The 3050 is equal to a 1660 Ti, or atleast thats what Ive been seeing. Might be worth checking out.

What are the prices of the cards?

2060 should be the best out of these. 1660 Super and Ti perform very similar (Ti has 0-2 fps extra) but the Super has a better encoder.

Have you checked the RX 6600? Should perform similar to a 3060

Yes, but 3050 is 4 gen 1x PCIe 8-pin with 128-bit memory interface, it will definitely bottleneck on my 3rd gen motherboard.

You'll only lose like 1 or 2 frames max, so don't worry about that
