I would recommend changing the formatting of your post. It's not easy to read that style on the forums here.

To help others out, your build is:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5500

Cooler: Thermaltake UX100

Mobo: Gigabyte A520M DS3H

RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16

Storage: Seagate Barracuda Compute 2 TB 3.5" 7200RPM

Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 1650 G5 4 GB Phoenix OC

Case: Aerocool Cylon Mini MicroATX Mini Tower

PSU: EVGA BR 450 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

To be honest, that's not great.

The Ryzen 5 5500 is overpriced for what you get. If you want to go Ryzen, you really should step up to the Ryzen 5 5600, as you get noticeably better performance. However, for a new build, you should really considering going Intel 12th gen, either i3 12100F or i5 12400F.

The Thermaltake UX100, while okay, is not a great cooler. Yes, you get RGB, but the Wraith Stealth that comes with a Ryzen 5 is equivalent in terms of performance. If you are strapped for cash, this is where you need to save money, so you can go with the Ryzen 5 5600 by dropping the UX100. The box cooler that comes with the Intel parts are also acceptable if you end up going Intel. Forget about a cooler upgrade - if your budget is tight, the box cooler is the way to go.

Going with an A520 motherboard instead of a B550 isn't ideal. If you really need to save every last dollar, it's alright, but if you can afford it, you should step up. Same goes for if you go Intel. H610 is okay to save a buck, but B660 is better.

The RAM is fine.

When it comes to storage, to be frank, you need an SSD. A hard drive only build is unthinkable in 2022 as a daily driver PC. Be good to yourself and get a cheap SSD. If you need the storage, get a small 120GB SSD for the operating system and key applications, and then get a hard drive for larger files, applications, and games. Having the OS on an SSD makes a massive difference.

The video card you list there is overpriced. All video cards are right now, but you can get a used RX 570 4GB on ebay.co.uk Buy It Now for £130. That will perform better and cost you £50 less. This is another place where you can save money to get an SSD, better CPU, and better motherboard.

That case is the cheapest one listed on the UK PCPartPicker, and I agree that with a tight budget, you should just get the cheapest thing you can. The parts you're looking at are not that power hungry, so the lack of airflow should be okay here.

Hope this helps.
