Profile details disappear for a moment after opening someone's profile

Guest
Go to solution Solved by Skiiwee29,

Yes, this is a known issue and is on the software side of things that has been reported up to IPS. Can confirm its annoying, but nothing we can do about it unfortunately at this time.

Browser, version and OS: Firefox 98.3.0 Android 9, Lineage OS 16

Steps to reproduce/what were you doing before it happened? simply opening any profile page causes this

What did you expect to happen? Profile pages should open without any hitches

Screenshots of the issue, if applicable: it's kinda hard to explain with a screenshot so I have attached a video

Looks like normal loading to me. Bit slow, but in the video nothing has loaded so nothing can disappear.

No, When I visited this forum a few months ago. The loading was instaneous and there was no hitch in between

Yeah it's been like that since the update at the end of last year, @Spotty hates it 😄

AFAIK it's an upstream bug and depends from IPS fixing it...

There was bigger update last year-ish. Its been like that since then. Slower than what it was before, but not new issue to this latest update.

E: November 5th was the last bigger update.
