Vr headset recommendation for a linux setup?

I heard some vr headsets (namely occulus) have no support. I plan to play games like beatsabre. Stand alone set is prefirred. My gpu is a 1070-like pc. Open ports are usb, type c, and my display port is being used as an hdmi due to my dead hdmi port. Do i have the ports needed dor any vr headset? Thanks.

OS: ubuntu 16.04.6, and umix 20.04

Storage: 860 evo 1tb/ 120 gb corsair force nvme 500

VR support in general is basically nonexistent on linux.

Probably best to get a Q2 and not use the PC at all.
