This feature may not exist on some motherboards, but looks like yours does support that. The setting is usually called "iGPU Multi-monitor" and is usually in the Chipset configuration section, in Advaced tab. You can look up your motherboard manual and see if it helps you to find it. If it does exist, enable it and check if it helped.

i was trying to use a second monitor with my new pc( i connected it in the motherboard) but when the pc try to detect it.. nothing!!! I tried to update the gpu driver( ik that it is plugged in the mother board but it was a test). and I only have a slot in the gpu to put the cables

Is the CPU an i5 8400f perhaps? F models do not have an iGP, so if it's that model - there's nothing to output if you connect a screen to the motherboard.

If it's not an F model, there's the possibility to use a screen connected to the iGP while there's a one connected to the GPU, but for that to work the BIOS option should not be disabled.

Maybe @loshvitalikcould help? He's using the same CPU (in his case an i5 9600K) so he might know the exact options to turn on/off.
