I was thinking of getting a Corsair iCUE 4000X RGB ATX Mid Tower Case but i have a B450m-VDH pro max i know i am going to need a 19 pin converter but I don't know if the motherboard has enough ports.

Can anyone help with this

Are you asking about the USB ports on the front of the case?

The case has one USB type C port and one regular (type A) USB 3 port.

The motherboard has one 19-pin USB 3 header and two headers for USB 2.

By default you will be able to hook up the case's USB 3 port but not the USB C port.

You could get adapters that will allow you to connect the case USB C port to the USB 3 motherboard header, and connect the case USB 3 (type A) port to one of the USB 2 headers, but of course then neither of the ports will run at the speed they're supposed to.

Another option would be to get a PCIe card with the internal header for the USB C port on it like this: https://www.amazon.com/Cablecc-Socket-Express-Adapter-Motherboard/dp/B07ZPZH6N5

A final option would be to simply leave the USB C port disconnected, depending on whether you have any devices that can make use of it.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.
