I don't get what people break their heads.

1- Make an ISO out of the disk (in the case you got the physical copy instead of the download). You can use imgBrun a free, and easy to use software to do this. Or your favorite burning software if you have one, beside the Windows built-in one.

2- Use Microsoft own ISO to USB utility: http://wudt.codeplex.com/ (The site CodePlex, is Microsoft open source community site, if you wonder).

As you would expect with a Windows utility, you have a easy to use wizard. Simply insert your USB flash drive, and start the program.

Your done! Just reboot your computer, and make your BIOS/UEFI boot form the USB drive and enjoy install Windows 7 in about 7min depending on the speed of your USB flash drive.

Here is a tutorial with pictures showing you every step of the way.

The above shows it with Windows 8, but it's identical in every way for Win7 or Vista.

REPORTED!

Geez don't need to be so harsh on the guy. He probably didn't even know what he was posting was a form of cracking software

Linus made a video about installing windows 7 onto a netbook using a flash drive once. I know making (finding) a Window 7 ISO and putting it on a flash drive while also using the same tool Linus used would result in the ability to install from the flash drive.
