I was helping out a relative, and went into Safari only to fine over 450 tabs open at once....

My assumption is he wants to know if we think it's a scam, or legit (him buying an iPhone 11 Pro Max for $400). I assume USD - if so, that sounds not totally crazy for a used one. If listed as "new", it's almost certainly a scam, or stolen.
