Remove molex on fans

I have several GameMax Razor 20220219_184045.thumb.jpg.29331f8a7ead3e94e7f73b86136bb047.jpg20220219_184134.thumb.jpg.4b951683aa2573e832865037b04570a2.jpgargb fans in a GameMax Vengeance case.  Tbh i actually quite like the fans. My only issue is that they have an extra molex power attached to the 3/4 pin fan header. Can i remove the molex at all. Ive got pliers and nail scissors as tools. Lol. Any help/advice would be gratefull.

yeah you can just cut it off. Just remember to electrical tape over the bare wires and that they aren't touching each other, that can cause a short and blow up the fan header.

Yeah, you can safely cut the wires. 

Personally, I'd use nail clippers right at the fan connector. Just double check that after cutting, the copper wires inside the two wires don't touch.
