Auto is fine and will try to stop it from thermal throttling but the stock cooler is by design only going to be just enough for it.

 

So basically don't touch it and let it do it's thing.

So since I have gotten a new pc, im not familiar with the ryzen series at all. Im using the fan cooler coming with the Ryzen 5 5600x and wondering what kind of fan curve to use on it or activate game mode in bios making it max rpm which is around 2600rpm i think. I dont know if auto fan rpm is better or not. Photo shows current fan curve.
