Hey guys i need help pls when i start game it runs fine and after sometime playng it drops to 30-40 fps idk why if somone can help pls

It happens il all games 
help me please its hapenning 2 months straight
idk why i taked my pc at servis and they reinstalled the windows and cleaned it and changed termal paste idk why it hapends

First off, what are your system specs? CPU, GPU, RAM, SSD/HDD?

 

Second, when's the last time you updated the drivers for your GPU?

It was today and my specs are r7 240 gpu amd athlon x4 840 quad core 3.10 ghz and 8 gb ram.

 

 

And 1tb hdd

Could be overheating. What games are you playing? When have you last cleaned the PC?

I cleaned it and changed termal paste and same thing is happening.

Ok, next reason would be something else eating CPU on the background. Your system is fairly old in modern standards, so if you are playing demanding games, any thing happening in the background will have big impact.

Then you just have too old hardware for the games you are playing.

The games i played workd so good and then this happend and they starded lag after 5 mins of playng

the problem is only you could possibly figure this out, sure we can point in the right direction, but just "guys help" isnt going to actually help much.

 

So you need to check:

 

cpu usage *per core*

ram usage

gpu usage

vram usage

 

while playing, and then you need to check whats exactly happening when your issues show up.Use afterburner , post screenshots if you're unsure about interpreting the data.

 

 

Should look something like this (afterburner monitoring) of course there are a lot more data points, as Ive mentioned above.

 

Otherwise we're just guessing here and you said it worked well before, so something obviously would  have had to have changed, thats what monitoring tools are for.
