Looks like standard 2280 sized Gen3 x4 modules will work, they're the most common today.

Hey everyone 

 

so i recently got a decent laptop (Legion5 rtx3070) but i want to upgrade the storage , i have an m.2 slot available , does that mean any m.2 will work or are there specific types etc etc 

 

sorry ive been out of the pc game for a few years xD

get a gen 3 2280 (most common size) only thing is I wouldn't go with an ssd with a large heatsink because it may not fit
