I've had this problem a few times now and I can't figure out what the issue is as it feels like I've tried everything. Randomly for no apparent reason all programs take around 5 minutes to open and will randomly stop responding and crash for no apparent reason. When things are open the run perfectly but will randomly stop responding especially when tabbing in and out. Things like games will take some time to launch but when playing there is no frame drops or lag or anything. I've updated almost every driver I could think of, updated bios, optimized drives, repaired registry, done full virus scans, and space on drives isn't the issue so I'm just kinda confused at this point. I've had the same exact problem twice before and done the same things but it seems like it always just randomly fixed itself but I'm tired of having the same problems. So any help is appreciated.

also sidenote this is my first ever post on here so im not really sure if im posting this in the right place

Can you post a list of your full PC specs, and what you've tried already?

PSU Tier List   AMD Mobo Tier List   SSD Tier List

If your issue is resolved, please share the fix with the community.
