They're not conflicting, it's just a case of childish bargaining. "We really don't plan to leave - but YOU might leave us no choice, you don't want that"... yeah right.

This really made my day. Unfortunately they will never do it because this is really just a sceme to get in the news and get all the addicted on their side and turn them against the consumer protection laws.
