Get a picture of a Windows blue screen and save it as your desktop wallpaper?

Actually its my cousin who keeps using my laptop, and i wanted to make it look like it has stopped working but i want to make it start work again, when he goes away.

Can't you just ask them to stop using your machine, or better yet, put a password on it?
