I think its the GPU or the ram sticks being broken,

Could also be the VGA/DVI/HDMI/DISPLAYPORT cable

Try using different ram sticks.

If that doesn't work then use a different GPU or display cable

It could be your windows installation

No it's just a black screen also my power button only will turn it on but not off for some reason

Cleaned your RAM? Why in the world do you want to do that for? And how did you clean your RAM? 

If you wanted the get rid of dust that have accumulated, you use some compressed air.
