I think its the GPU or the ram sticks being broken,

Could also be the VGA/DVI/HDMI/DISPLAYPORT cable

Try using different ram sticks.

If that doesn't work then use a different GPU or display cable

It could be your windows installation聽

If you wanted the get rid of dust that have accumulated, you use some compressed air.
