Compressed air can help loosen up the debris underneath the keys. At work I've also resorted to flipping the laptop open keyboard facing down and just smack the bottom cover hard to help the debris fall out. Once that's done, a few passes with a (not soaked but damp) Lysol wipe to sanitize and mop up surface dust.
