Ender 3 3d printer not printing properly

My Ender 3 will print one or two lines and then stop feeding through fillanent but continues to move the extruder like it's supposed to me printing

Can someone help?

#1 is your temperature set correct for this filament?

#2 Is the exporting gcode software spitting out gcode with the right extrude rate?
