Play old Games in an Virtual Desktop on an Win 10 Tablet?

Hi

I have an very specialised Win10 Tablet with an i7 Mobile CPU who I dont want to install anything who are not is necessary like Games.

Well when I return Home I often take a long journey by Rail and have enough Time to play some good old Games. I use an Micro SD Card as Storage expansion.

Can I run a Win7, XP,... and play good old Games from the early 2000? My major concern is many of that good old Games require antique Version of 3rd Party stuff like Flash and so on...
