Weird lines on Acer Predator display

Hi, I've noticed some weird lines on display (sample in the attached pic) , could this be a hardware or  a software error? Has anyone encountered this before?

Update:  After an extensive forum searching, I've managed to find a solution, at least for now, which is to TURN ON THE ANTIALIASING-FXAA, in Nvidia Control Panel, hopefully it'll remain that way.

That is odd. I had no idea Antialiasing had any effect on things outside of games.

I did a clean install with nvidia drivers & it was still the same. Work fine now, both on the desktop & in the games.
