HD causing loading problems in-game

I have a Seagate Barracuda 2TB drive, and I have been experiencing a ton of loading problems ingame. Also when I play more demanding games I get tons of 153 errors.

Check/replace your SATA cable (if this is a desktop). Those "Hardware ECC recovered" and "UltraDMA CRC Error Count" values indicate to me that there's signal integrity issues between the controller and the HDD.

One thing that briefly fixes all those problems are when I replug the SATA cable. But they come back in a short while.

Also what about the End to End errors? What do those mean?

I don't think it's a relevant value here (the raw value is 0; all the other columns are useless in my experience). It seems to refer to data being corrupted by the drive itself, instead of by the transfer process.

Another thing to mention is that I'm scared my ssd might be flipping out as many a times when I boot up it asks to insert a boot device even tho the ssd is in there. Also the 153 errors persist even if I take the hard drive out.
