Recommended PL2 (Power Limit) for Intel i5-10500 on MSI MAG Tomahawk Z490.

What value should I use for PL2 (Power Limit) for Intel i5-10500? As well how many Tau (timing variable) seconds should I put? I have to mention the cpu is cooled by an Arctic Freezer 34 eSports (Single Fan).
