AMD Radeon Software Not Opening

On my Acer Swift 3 SF314-42 with the AMD 4500U, AMD Radeon Software doesn't open after a few restarts of the laptop despite having clean installed the latest 21.12.1 drivers. It's happening multiple times and I can't help but think it's Windows screwing something up. I already used WinAero to disable automatic driver updates.
