Drone help

GeneralGusher

Hey!

so i have this drone that i found and was going to fly it but i unfortunately misplaced the controller somewhere. I found a controller for one of my other older drones but was wondering is there any way i can some how connect that controller to the drone I want to fly? Its one of those cheapish drones from amazon. not one of the DJI drones or something like that.

What communication protocol do they use?
If its the same you can but you WILL need to bind them.

Altho you say its them cheapo's, they are shite.

Im guessing since you put ZERO info down, no brand no photo nothing.

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!

Sorry about that.

I attached pictures of both drones. I don’t really have any info other than the brand names of them.

the white one is the one that I have the controller, the red one is the one I’m trying to pair the controller to

I looked all over the drone for any other info but couldn’t find anything

here are the companies that made them:

white drone: Top race

Red drone: sky rider

That would be hard to find out if googling doesnt come up with some answers.
Mostly these machines will have a controller board with everything on there, so swapping it out wont be easy.

Its might not be proprietary, but might be some obscure protocal

To be honest i do not know. Maybe if you can find out where they were bought, and if they have some specs on their respective websites.
Or maybe theres some logo's on the transmitter/controller or box even.

I'm sorry you can't find your drone controller. Much depends on which controller and drone you have because not all of them are compatible. But fortunately, in most cases, it is possible to connect another controller to the drone, but it isn't very easy to do so. I have never had such a situation, but in the drone photography community where I belong, I also saw such a guide for connecting another controller to the drone. I recommend you browse and look for that guide. It will help you. I hope you solve your problem as soon as possible because having a drone is very cool.

Maybe it is somthing wrong with your drone. You have to repair it.

You input is highly appreciated, but people using night mode will not be able (or it will be VERY hard) to read your black text.
Please don't alter colors if its not strictly necessary.

Hello, So I just bought a Dji mini 2 and every thing seems good about it except 2 things. The first one is my battery seems to be gone after just 16 min of time instead of the promised 30 min from Dji, This could just be because of the way I fly the drone. But the other thing is battery lights seem to flash  unusually fast compared to the other drones on YouTube. Any one have ideas
