How can I send my microphone input to a virtual machine and receive output to a virtual audio cable on my main os?

ReimuHKJ

Title says it all, I need to get the output and put it in Streamlabs, but I need to get microphone input into the virtual machine as well somehow. I don't want it to just output as my main desktop audio since I don't want anything else from my desktop to be heard.

The only reason I ask is that step one of problem solving is to see if you can avoid the problem, is there any particular reason you can't just run the speech to text from the baremetal? Like, it sounds as though you don't want any audio playing whatsoever from the physical PC, you want all of it coming from the VM, so, why even use a VM if you can run it all natively and plumb it into OBS ?

Because I'm using Microsoft's Speech to Text service which turns off automatically whenever you deselect the text boz you wanna type in.
