Ai 3 Suite and Armory Crate

Guys, when I installed OS on my 12700K/Asus z690M-plus-d4 machine Windows 11 has offered me to download and install Armory Crate and AI 3 Suite.

 

Someone told me that 12700K does not need overclock, it is already fast. Though I ve notice on Ai Suite 3 a option to improve 12700K velocity (see picture).

 

I have a good cooler, on stress test cpu got 67 Celcius after 15 min
