Zotac GTX 1070 Ti Mini no signal/ black display

My sister gave me this card from her system, because it stopped working, and I offered to try to fix it. It gives no signal to every port except one DP which gives a signal, but it's just a black screen. I put the card in with my regular graphics card, and after installing drivers, it's detected by Device manager, and GPU-Z. However GPU-Z shows that the BIOS is unknown, and clock and memory speeds are all 0 Mhz. When I first took the heatsink off, I found one dead cockroach underneath, but that's all. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
