Looking to setup a home lab/server

Looking for a recommendation of hardware/prebuilt for a home lab ideally using either Citrix XenServer or unRAID to easily create VM machines for testing software across multiple OS. I'm looking at exclusively new hardware and ideally under $500.

With new hardware, $500 will get you a motherboard, lower level APU, 16gb RAM, and a 500W PSU. 

Mobo: ASRock b550m ~$100

APU: R5 5600G ~$279

RAM: aegis 3000mhz ~$60

PSU: SEASONIC CORE GM 550w ~$50

Total: ~$489 before tax
