Certification acquiring issue from what I can see. To be honest, I am not sure personally on how it works. I need to dig into this (how it all works on the back).

I know it is related to the TPM being enabled, and Windows being newly installed wants to get a certificate.

All I can say is:

  • If you are using a Firewall (beside Windows built-in one), disable them (you can enable your firewall software/hardware back once it got the certificate)
  • If you are using a VPN, it might be blocking access to the service to get the certificate.
  • Make sure Windows is fully updated.
  • Install AMD latest chipset drivers (and restart your system after, if the setup doesn't do it).

It could be that the server is overloaded, and just waiting will eventually work again.

PS.: I am assuming that your system is not domain join, and you are using Windows 10/11 Home or Pro. Any other edition (or domain joined) requires Windows Server to push the certification.

Get the AMD chipset drivers from AMD website. That is my recommendation. Motherboard manufactures tend to be slow in updating them.

Aside from that, it could be cloudflare wrap then. If you look at the URL, it doesn't go via IP but rather a domain name... so maybe...
