How the hell do I get my old ZEC out

I have a wallet.dat file from when I was mining zcash. There's about 0.66 ZEC in it, which isn't much, but I'd like to get that out and convert it to other currencies. Problem is, I have no effing clue where I opened that wallet or how to check it, let alone pull the funds off.

 

Help?
