Yeah, I know, this game is bad does anyone know why it would be only using 70% of my gpu and 30% of my cpu and im getting bad fps? I have 32gb of ram aswell so it shouldn't be that.

What's your full hardware list? Have you monitored temps while playing?

I don't think it's bad at all!

Check its in-game settings, make sure they are set appropriately, and your resolution fits your monitor (Not sure if that part matters.)

Also, yes this. Could maybe be thermal throttling? If this is a specific Fortnite only issue, I am unsure of what it could be.
