Do they make orings for those? The only ones I've seen are for Cherry stems, not sure if they're the same.

There's different kinds of Orings. Some reduce travel, some reduce sound. If you don't want either of those effects, you don't need them.

they go on the key cap and not the stem. as long as the plastic portion around the stem doesn't interfere it shouldn't matter whether they are made for it or not

the specific orings im using are unknown but i pulled them off of my g710+ when i modded that keyboard to be louder and less mushy, now i want to see if i can reuse them to make my huntsman mini quieter and smoother!

I mean since you have them try it for a couple keys like the e key and other often used ones.

Are you trying to o-ring mount your board or are you trying to put o-rings on your keycaps? O-rings on keycaps make them sound horrible but o-ring mounting or "burger mounting" is a good thing to do.

you can by some "sticks" of it, cut to lenght. Think LTT have used that once, not sure.

I see now, they do kind of sell orings for keyboards just to dampen the click and become a bit mushy.

A lot depends on they keyboard, switches/buttons and the oring. How many orings? also it mostly go on the stem or around the middle part of the keycap. You don't really need orings, but some builds might benefit from it. oiled, I think most should be for mechanical keyboards.

One could use other things as well, if one wanted a "waterproof or more water resistant keyboard", something I wish more expensive ones would be.
