Jumping qcodes on asus crosshair 8, no post

My pc was working just fine. All dandy.

Then I put it to sleep for around an hour and when I turned it on again, it didn't post.

I checked for the q code but it just keeps jumping and would not stop on any 1 qcode.

 

My config is:

5900x

Rtx 3090 FE 

16gb gskill trident 

Corsair Rmx1000 psu 

asus crosshair 8 hero Mobo

 

I have tried to use 1 ram stick at a time and still the same problem.

 

I really don't know what else to do.

I didn't OC it or anything....was just using it normally
