I have an PCIE TV tuner with breakout RCA so the whole card takes up 2 slot but have the RCA breakout on the NVME section on the Case layout

 

Main question, is what should i be looking for the software I'm using for the TV tuner is WinTV 8.5 and was able to go thru the setting and idk if changing the encoder, adding additional hardware acceleration, or (Video Game Mode for analog Slip Disabled) After something the controller registers with zero lag before it took 5-6 seconds.

 

Second Question - what was all the hype on RCA consoles on modern display the N64 is going thru a PCIE tv tuner graphics look like N64 lol,
