not 100% sure what you mean about the fan, if you mean noise, can't comment as i don't own that card. the rtx 3070 is far more powerful than the 6700xt, so 3070 is the obvious choice imo. the only way i could see choosing the 6700xt is if it is a lot cheaper, and budget is a concern.

I don't have experience of that particular model but based on pictures it does seem to have a decent size cooler on it. I have a MSI 3070 and it seems like they used the same cooler as on higher models of card. As such, the cooler has increased capacity and it hardly gets hot under gaming loads, rarely going beyond 70C. Check if the Gigabyte also does similar.

No experience with 6700 XT. Personally I wouldn't consider it unless there was no other affordable choice.

I guess he mean fan noise.  To my knowledge all the 3000 series ( except 3070 noctua edition) all have the same 2 ball bearing fan

No guys i dont fan noise i mean fan speed it uses 80 percent of the speed to achive 70 c  unlike other premium card it use speed between 40to 60 at max  all what concern me the life cycle of the fans it could be damaged in short period of time

Most cards got a really good coolers this days specially 3070 and above . I though you were talking about fan noise.  But basically you would sell this card before u have fan kind of fan issues

The fans should last the life of the GPU, I wouldn't worry, at least about failure. Could be a noisy one though. Also, the fan speed and temps depends on the airflow around the GPU too. A fan behind a mesh panel blowing straight at the GPU will enable lower temps and/or fan speed, than if the fan is behind a mostly closed panel, or if you have a front mounted radiator, and it's feeding your GPU warm air.

The 3070 beats the 6700XT in more games than the 6700XT beats the 3070. So if the cards are going for about the same price, I'd definitely go 3070. It might also be worth looking at how much 3070ti and 6800s are selling for. Pricing and availability is so messed up, you might get lucky.
