Country: Australia 

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: world of Warcraft , call of duty vanguard , minecraft are my main one 

Other details 

I what to be able to play on at lest high/medium graphic my main problem it trying to figure out a good cpu,motherboard, and graphics

I'm going to assume you looking at 1080p high/medium graphics.

A GTX 1650, i5 11th gen or ryzen 5 5000 series, 16GB of RAM will give you about 45-65 fps in vanguard and WoW would be up there as well should be within budget from what I've skimmed of Australian pricing.

 

Someone actually from Australia would have a better idea of availability and pricing.
